So, I've finally broken down and signed up for new web hosting. I will be moving my main site over the next couple of days. In the meantime, you can access the site here. I'll update this post once the regular todd.com address is working.

I haven't been playing that much online poker in the last few months, mostly due to having far better results from live games. The last few days have been good, though.
I took 7th out of 1081 players at a Full Tilt tourney a few days ago, and just now finished 6th in the final (and already missed) Wil Wheaton dot Net tourney at Poker Stars.
Thank you to Wil for creating and hosting the WWdN tourneys. I wish I had gotten to play in more of them.

The only thing that drives me more insane than people using 'loose' when then mean 'lose' is misuse of the word 'literally.'
The worst offenders are most often television sports announcers.
A few years ago I heard a football announcer say this:
"Eddie George literally lifted his entire team up on his shoulders and carried them to victory!"

Newt Gingrich, speaking at Liberty University:
"In hostility to American history, the radical secularists insist that religious belief is inherently divisive," Gingrich said, deriding what he called the "contorted logic" and "false principles" of advocates of secularism in American society.
"Basic fairness demands that religious beliefs deserve a chance to be heard," he said during his 26-minute speech. "It is wrong to single out those who believe in God for discrimination. Yet, today, it is impossible to miss the discrimination against religious believers."

The opposite of win is not loose.
You visit a web site, not a web sight.
They're is a contaction of the words they are. 'Their' is not the same thing.
Right means correct. Write means something else entirely.
If you only get one of these, please make it the lose/loose one. That drives me insane.
